We’ve learned a lot making pizza for 40+ years. Some things might seem trivial, but we know great pizza starts with the details. Like how to properly make pizza dough, most don’t realize that the pizza they’re enjoying today took 36 hours to mature.

We’ve also learned to listen to our critics, always working to make our pizzas better. We learned fresh is a synonym for local, hot is the only way a pizza should be served and how there’s no substitute for a smile.

Most of all we’ve learned that great customer service is about treating every customer like they’re your only customer. Here’s to the next 40 years of learning.
